How does it work?

DocuVantage OnDemand is a campaign content repository that enables users to securely store, route, and retrieve content and conversations. DocuVantage OnDemand for HubSpot was specifically created to provide a marketing campaign content management and collaboration platform for HubSpot users.

Unlike storing documents on a hard drive, network storage or cloud file storage, DocuVantage creates structure around the users’ marketing content so that a marketing team can easily find any piece of content at any time, from anywhere.  Features include:

  • Revision control that enables users to see the history of their content and to roll back to earlier versions if needed. 
  • A content check-in and check-out guard that prevents users from wiping out each other’s edits or revisions. 
  • A mechanism for routing content for review, edits and approval using the internal messaging instead of using e-mail, preventing duplicate or lost files.
  • An integration with the HubSpot blog so users can push their blog content from DocuVantage OnDemand directly into their HubSpot blog as a draft.

Pricing Information

DocuVantage is available in the app marketplace for $20 per month, per user. In August 2012, however DocuVantage announced an Inbound 2012 special of three free months, free set-up and training.
