Elissa joined HubSpot in early 2017 to oversee core HR as the Vice President, People Operations. Formerly of Spotify, Elissa is used to a fast-paced high growth company scaling globally. When she's not working, Elissa spends time on the ski mountain, soccer field and traveling with her husband Ryan and two young boys.
