Winston Tuggle

Winston joined HubSpot in January, 2018 as an HR Business Partner. In this role, Winston partners with managers and employees to align business objectives with people operations initiatives by providing consultation throughout the employee lifecycle. Previous to HubSpot, Winston led people operations at a boutique executive search firm and participated in an HR Leadership Development Program at a Fortune 500 insurance company. Winston holds an undergraduate degree from Trinity College (CT) and an MBA from Boston College. Outside of the office, Winston serves on the Associate Board of Breakthrough Greater Boston, volunteers at Nativity Preparatory School and is a passionate follower of all things Boston sports.
