Marketing tools and CRM are the perfect pair. Today, we’re excited to publicly share with you the launch of HubSpot’s marketing email and ads tools in the free CRM. Our product team has worked hard on this launch in response to partner and user feedback that HubSpot needed a more robust free offering to give people a taste for what’s possible with HubSpot.

Last quarter we shared with you all the content HubSpot was promoting for our sales editorial campaign. As HubSpot partners, we believe that you should have access to the same content to help drive awareness to HubSpot product and the services your agency delivers.

We’re happy to share with you all that the second edition of our editorial content campaign is live and we’d like to share all the assets with you.

In 2014 we launched the HubSpot WordPress Plugin to help businesses built on WordPress attract, engage and delight their prospects and customers. This plugin enables thousands of WordPress customers to use HubSpot’s CRM and free tools.

We recently shared the news of Service Hub turning one-year-old since launching in 2018. As a follow-up, there is another exciting bit of news that you’ll want to check out. HubSpot conducted a survey of over 1,000 customer service leaders and representatives from the US, the UK, Canada, and Australia to produce a report on the state of the customer service industry in 2019.

May 10 marked the one-year anniversary of our newest product hub, Service Hub! It’s been a big year of listening to customers, learning, and evolving the Service Hub product into what it is today. We’re continuing to improve it to solve for the customer (and our partners!).
