On Thursday, April 18, 2019, we'll be making the following changes to how payment links work:
Starting on April 18, when sending a payment link to a prospect, please make sure the purchaser is a user in the portal and designated as the billing administrator. If the purchaser isn’t a user in the portal, they must be added by the administrator of their portal and given the billing administrator role. Instructions on how to do this can be found here.
We realize this means adding steps to your process, and want you to know we’re actively working on an improved purchasing process.
