About This Program

The HubSpot Content Experience Accreditation is a credential that validates the skills and strategic experience required to demonstrate your ability to help customers create, manage, and publish content in a strategic way across their digital channels, driving personalized customer experiences. This includes experience and competency in all stages of the content journey and expertise within Content Hub and/or Marketing Hub.

In addition to knowing essential HubSpot CMS expertise, this accreditation requires a high-level knowledge of content marketing strategy, content creation, and distribution.

This accreditation is appropriate for partners delivering content and CMS solutions for customers of all sizes who have complex, strategic use cases.

How It Works

To apply for this accreditation, partners should first verify that their organization has completed the prerequisite certifications (see below). 

From there, the application process consists of two rounds:

Before applying, partners should verify that they have at least 3 certified users for each of the following certifications, selected from a team of no more than 5 people for each of the following certifications:

  • Marketing Hub Implementation
  • Sales Hub Implementation
  • Marketing Hub Software
  • Sales Hub Software
  • Service Hub Software
  • Platform Consulting
  • Data Integrations
  • Salesforce Integration
  • Objectives-Based Onboarding
  • Reporting

Before applying, partners should also verify that they have certified users for each of the following certifications:

  • Content Hub for Marketers (3 users)
  • CMS for Developers (2 users)

After meeting the prerequisite certifications, you will submit an application (one person per partner entity) including basic information about your organization and a series of real-world, existing business artifacts related to your work with customers related to content experience and strategy engagements. You will also be asked to provide contact information for a referenceable customer for HubSpot to contact to solicit feedback about their experience with your organization.


This round will also be where HubSpot will contact the customer reference submitted from Round One. 

Between Rounds One and Two: Your application will be reviewed by the Hubspot team to determine if you will move forward to Round Two. You will be notified by email of your application status, and should also be able to check via your Submittable account.

 

In this round, you will be asked to upload a video case study reviewing a first-hand, successful showcase of your organization’s expertise in creating, distributing and managing engaging and informative content for that customer.

This round will also be where the customer reference submitted from Round One will be contacted by HubSpot. 

Application Window Closes: September 13

Round One Decision: Mid October

Round Two Deadline: Mid-November

Final Decision: Late December
