As you’re evaluating other platform solutions, consider how your costs would accumulate with individual point solutions to cover what HubSpot’s Starter Customer Platform can do. With Starter, your data and information will be connected, instead of spread across different tools. You also have access to educational resources meant for founders, guides built into the product to help you reach business goals, and the exclusive founder-focused community available only to Starter customers.

We’re not fans of hidden fees, either. Your subscription fee will remain fixed during your current subscription term (up to renewal) unless you proactively upgrade your products or base packages, purchase additional add-ons or limit increases, or exceed certain specified limits of your subscription such as included seats, website subdomains, maximum contacts in your database, or your email send limit.

In the case where you’ve exceeded limits, we don’t charge “overage fees” per se — we’ll simply bump you up to HubSpot’s Professional Customer Platform to accommodate your increased limits. While onboarding is required for the Professional and Enterprise editions of our software, it is not required for the Starter edition. HubSpot Starter includes intuitive new user onboarding that will walk you through every step and allow you to choose from tailored templates to customize your CRM for your specific industry. However, if you’re looking for additional help, inbound consulting services are available for an additional fee.
