What is SwipeGuide?

Established in 2016 over a mutual frustration with traditional paper instructions, Daan Assen and Willemijn Schneyder founded SwipeGuide to change the way we learn on the shop floor. Today, we’re a multinational crew of digital natives building a future-proof instruction platform that finally makes sense.

We facilitate the continuous improvement of processes through on-the-job training and knowledge sharing. SwipeGuide empowers teams to create effortless instructions, reduce waste, and maximize efficiency on shop floors around the world.

How does your company think about growth?

Just like HubSpot, the SwipeGuide team has a passion for continuous improvement. We have fun, but we also focus on learning every single day.

What are some of your greatest achievements since founding your company?

In our second year, we grew by 688%. We landed five of the biggest food and beverage manufacturing companies within one year of validating our product/market fit. And we grew our team from 4 to 30 people in 16 months.

What is your advice to other founders who struggle to prioritize marketing and sales?

Work with tools that allow you to think about marketing and sales from a holistic perspective, not as two completely separate things.
