What is Ubiweb?

Ubiweb was founded in 2017 and we offer turn-key online marketing solutions for the SMB segment through a "WaaS" (Website as a Service) approach. We are currently serving Canadian SMBs nationwide with over 1700+ subscribers and 80 team members.

How does your company think about growth?

For us, growth is about being customer-obsessed. We strive to make it obvious to subscribe to us and offer enough value that no one ever leaves.

What are some of your greatest achievements since founding your company?

We bootstrapped our way to $10M+ ARR without any external funding or dilution. Additionally, it was recently announced that we are #37  on the Canadian Top Startup List by Canadian Business/Maclean's Magazine.

How did HubSpot help you to achieve those goals?

Without a CRM, scaling wouldn't be possible.

This allowed us to be able to resolve issues effectively and efficiently. It has also helped us preserve a great churn rate as we scale.

What is the most valuable aspect of HubSpot?

"As Head of Sales, the deals pipeline is such a powerful tool to forecast how we scale our business."

Being able to effectively forecast 6-12 months of our MRR in advance with precision has been one of the secrets to our success.

What is your advice to other founders who struggle to prioritize marketing and sales?

Marketing and sales are the fuel of a business. Neglecting them is neglecting growth. An awesome product can only take you so far.

What impact has HubSpot for Startups had on your company?

HubSpot has been an instrumental tool for our company, and with HubSpot for Startups, it has been at the heart of everything we do since day one. Being able to grow side-by-side and slowly implement new features makes us truly appreciate how wonderful of a CRM it is.
